Freiburg, 15 June 2021. The Freiburg-based consulting company En.Value Management Spezialisten GmbH & Co. KG (EN.VALUE) has been awarded the TOP CONSULTANT Seal of Quality 2021. This places EN.VALUE in the league of Germany’s best SME consultants. The nationwide TOP Consultant competition was held for the twelfth time in 2021 and, with the aid of scientifically supported customer surveys, investigates the quality of consultation services offered by consulting companies. The quality seal is regarded as useful guidance for SMEs in their work with consultants EN.VALUE scored top points in the customer surveys, in particular in terms of expertise and recommendation rates.

The TOP CONSULTANT competition
The prestigious competition, which is held once a year, is based a survey of SMEs that have previously worked together with participating consulting companies. Using detailed questionnaires in the four main categories of competence, integrity, integrability and satisfaction, the reference customers provided feedback on the respective consulting companies. The survey is conducted on behalf of compamedia by Bonn-based Wissenschaftlichen Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) under the management of Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor for Management Consulting at the University of Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, and Bianka Knoblach. According to WGMB, “a customer-oriented, SME-oriented consultancy service is decisive for winning the Top Consultant seal of quality”.
The official award ceremony for the Top Consultant and Top 100 prize winners in 2021 will be held on 26 November 2021 as part of the German SMEs Summit in Ludwigsburg.
Best ranking for expertise and recommendation rates
EN.VALUE was given an overall rating of “A” by its reference customers in the anonymous survey, which is the second best rating. EN.VALUE consistently received very good ratings which considerably outperformed the average of this year’s Top Consultants in many categories. In the category of expertise and recommendation rates, EN.VALUE even achieved the top ranking, which put it on a par with the Top 10 consulting companies in 2021. The outstanding ratings were corroborated by free-text commentaries, including, for instance, “high level of expertise”, “very high level of expertise” and “personal contact and clear understanding of our business and above all of our requirements”.
