Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, we will store your details from the form including the contact details specified there for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of further questions. We will not pass on these data without your permission.

These data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to the fulfillment of a contract or is required to carry out pre-contractual work. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively responding to the inquiry directed at us (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested.

The data which you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to erase them, revoke your consent to their storage or the purpose for their storage no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). If our service providers or partners are based in a state outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you of the consequences of this circumstance in the description of the offer.

Sec. 5 Objection to or revocation of consent to the processing of your data

If you have issued your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this consent at any time. Such revocation will affect the legitimacy of any processing of your personal data subsequent to you declaring your revocation to us.

If we base the processing of your personal data on the balance of interests, you can lodge an objection to the processing. This is the case, in particular, if the processing is not required to fulfill a contract with you which is demonstrated by us in the ensuing description of the functions. If you exercise any such right of objection, we would ask you to set out the reasons why we should not process your personal data in the way in which we have been doing. If your objection is justified, we will examine the circumstances and either cease or adapt the processing or present you with our compelling, sensitive reasons for continuing with it.
