Freiburg, September 22, 2023. Freiburg-based consulting company En.Value Management Spezialisten GmbH & Co. KG (EN.VALUE) is taking a stake in Switzerland’s FinComp GmbH and expanding its consulting business in the Swiss market. Roger Nötzli, formerly a FinComp partner, will join EN.VALUE founding partner Ulrich Kenk as partners in the Swiss business, which in future will trade as EN.VALUE Schweiz GmbH. The object of the merger is to amalgamate the consulting and CFO competencies of both partners and strengthen EN.VALUE’s position as trusted advisor to private equity companies and corporate entities. In addition with this participating interest, EN.VALUE is expanding its LucaNet licensing business and strengthening its future premium partnership with the software company.

Roger Nötzli founded FinComp GmbH in 2011 and focused the company on consulting in the areas of finance, controlling and accounting. He draws on an extensive network in the Swiss market and is recognized as a skilled consultant in the fields of consolidation, finance and private equity transactions.
